By downloading, installing, or using Snippet Manager Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
2.1 Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial that allows you to use all features of the Software. No credit card is required for the trial period.
2.2 Paid License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software according to your chosen plan:
- Monthly License: Valid for 30 days from purchase, automatically renewable
- Yearly License: Valid for 365 days from purchase, automatically renewable
- Lifetime License: One-time payment for perpetual use
3. License Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Share, transfer, or sell your license key to others
- Use one license on multiple machines simultaneously (each device requires its own license)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Use the Software for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to circumvent license validation mechanisms
4. Account and Payment
4.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing a license. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors (Razorpay/Stripe/PayPal). You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen license plan.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
5. Software Updates
We may provide updates, bug fixes, and new features. Updates may be automatic or require manual installation. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of updates.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All snippets and data you create are stored locally on your device with encryption. We do not have access to your snippet content.

Snippet Manager Pro, including all code, design, graphics, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may terminate your license at any time by uninstalling the Software and ceasing all use.
10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Software.
11. Commercial Use
Free trial licenses are for personal evaluation only. Commercial, freelance, or business use requires a paid Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime license.
